I am a rising freshman at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South. I have been training in the Indian classical dance form of Bharatanatyam since I was 4 years old under the guidance of my guru, Baladevi Chandrasekhar. Dance has always been a big part of my life — it helps me express myself and connect with my culture in a really meaningful way.

Every year, I perform in fundraisers that support the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen and HomeFront NJ. It feels really special to be able to contribute to these causes through dance. It has shown me how art can make a real difference in the community.

When I am not dancing, I love to write stories and poems, play chess, and solve math problems (yes, math is actually fun!). I am super excited to keep learning, growing, and sharing my love for dance wherever I go!
